Membership becomes active upon signing this form and paying once off membership fee of R250.00. Membership benefits becomes active immediately whereas holiday benefits become active upon accumulating 12 points. Points shall be accumulated upon completing 12 months of uninterrupted monthly payment or once off settlement on any selected membership. All services rendered by or on behalf of Kim Leisure Travel Holiday Club to the Client(s) are subject to the terms and conditions (‘the Conditions’) set out below. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that holiday is scheduled and booked on time, any travel restrictions may exist at the time of travelling that may possible delay travelling due to travel restrictions that may be imposed at the time. While Kim Leisure Travel Holiday Club will make attempts to differ any delayed or cancelled holiday, we cannot be held liable for any operational changes, cancellations or consequential damages incurred by you, or any passenger in the booking. In the event that flights or shuttles are not able to operate as planned, including any disruptions, cancellations or changes to planned schedules, liability shall not be imposed to Kim Leisure Travel Holiday Club. Please note that in the event that a flight or cruise is disrupted or cancelled due to travel restrictions being imposed that each airline or cruise will have its own policy in this regard, which will apply to your booking. Kim Leisure Travel Holiday Club offer the service of full travel agency services offline, with its primary focus on the travel and accommodation (‘the Services’) pursuant to which the club members shall have exclusive access to its staff, be entitled to a set of certain travel, accommodation and/or other service criteria, request quotations and be entitled to confirm bookings and make reservations relating to travel, holiday package and/or other service requirements. For the avoidance of doubt, the services include any advisory or consultancy services when you choose to speak to the Kim Leisure Travel Holiday Club Agent. Any person(s) wishing to utilise the services, indicates their acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by proceeding with the booking. No cash refund on any membership cancellation, members shall only redeem their holiday credit through joining any of the scheduled holiday subject to availability of sufficient credit to join the holiday.
